MPAC has reached a significant milestone and has obtained certification from the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) for adhering to the RESO Common Format (RCF).
This spring has been a busy and productive season for MPAC. We caught up with municipal representatives and other stakeholders at key conferences, which provided valuable opportunities to discuss challenges, share insights, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
We’ve implemented some process changes to the Tax Incentive Approval (TIA) process that will increase roll stability, provide greater accuracy in growth projections, and significantly reduce the administrative processing of changes.
We recently delivered three customized reports in support of annual new assessment forecasting: the New Assessment Report, the Supplementary and Omitted Assessment Report and the Revised Preliminary New Assessment Forecast.

MPAC was pleased to attend this year’s AMO Conference in London, Ontario, as both an exhibitor and presenter. Over 2,500 delegates from across the province joined together for the three day event.
